Odoo CRM is the customer relationship management module within the Odoo ERP suite. It provides sales pipeline management, lead tracking, opportunity management, and sales forecasting. As part of the larger Odoo ecosystem, it integrates seamlessly with other business applications including sales, inventory, accounting, project management, and eCommerce. Odoo is available in both Community (free) and Enterprise (commercial) editions.
