SuiteCRM is an enterprise-ready, open-source CRM platform forked from SugarCRM. It provides sales automation, marketing campaigns, customer service management, and advanced reporting. Originally created as a community-driven alternative when SugarCRM ceased open-source development, SuiteCRM has become one of the most popular self-hosted CRM solutions for small to medium businesses.
