- Require authenticated posting for non-public use cases.
- Restrict moderator/admin rights to dedicated users.

- Rotate credentials used by staff or facilitators.
- Enforce file type and size limits for uploads.
- Enable malware scanning for user-uploaded files.
- Apply content moderation review before broad publication.
- Configure request limits to prevent upload abuse.

- Serve Digiwall only over HTTPS.
- Keep storage and database services internal-only.
- Apply security updates from upstream regularly.
- Log moderation, deletion, and permission-change events.
