This guide installs Manager Server Edition on a self-hosted Linux server.
Download the Server Edition package from the Manager website. The package contains the server binaries and a built-in web interface.
Extract the package and place it in a dedicated directory such as /opt/manager.
Choose a data directory where Manager will store company files and configuration. This directory should be on persistent storage and included in backups.
Start the Manager Server process. It provides a web UI on the configured port.
Open the Manager URL in your browser and complete the initial setup.
